We have created a technology that allows your onsite team to accept a showing appointment, if they are not available at the time of the showing request, it will go out to a team of real estate agents ready and willing to take the appointment.
Concerned the outside agent wont know everything they need to about your property? We send a detailed questionnaire to your staff to complete that could answer most questions that may come up while on tour. All agents will have access to this information and if they are not able to answer the question, they will reach out to your onsite team to get any questions resolved.
What Simpli Apts Provides
By signing up to list your property with Simpli, you will have extended and additional showing coverage for your property. If your onsite staff has a full schedule and cannot accept any more showings for the day, Simpli will have you covered by utilizing outside real estate agents to cover the appointment. When your onsite staff leaves for the day, your property will still be covered for showings until 9pm without paying an hourly rate for coverage.
We will post a QR code in the front window of the building that will allow a passerby to schedule a showing just by scanning the QR code. The request will go to your onsite staff first. If they are busy or gone for the day, the appointment will go out to the outside real estate agents.
For the first time, the renter gets to choose a date and time that works for their schedule to tour your property. They will instantly be paired with an agent that is available at their chosen time. This means no more missed appointments!
By expanding your “sales” team to outside brokerages, there will always be an agent on call ready to take a scheduled appointment even when the renter is searching late at night!
Simpli Apts has a detailed reporting system that gives you great insight into the property, the sales team, and lead source.
