Well… Simpli Apts is changing that dynamic and giving the control to the renter. You can now schedule a showing on your time without having to call, text or email anyone! 

To schedule a showing all you have to do is hit the “Schedule Showing Now” button for the unit you are interested in, enter your contact information and rental criteria and hit submit. You will be paired with a nearby agent to accommodate your showing time. You will be sent a confirmation email with a calendar invite and reminders of your upcoming appointment. The agent will meet you onsite, take you through the building, show you all options available and help you apply on-the-spot if you are ready to move forward. 

These agents are local experts and will be a great resource for you if you need it. After your appointment, you will have an opportunity to rate your experience with the agent. We want to make sure you have the best possible experience. This should be a fun process, not stressful and frustrating!
